Are your doormats suitable for indoor or outdoor use?

Both, though it is best to keep it undercover e.g. porch.

What is your turn-around-time?

All of our doormats are shipped within 8 business days (including custom orders) - one of the fastest shipping times in Australia!

What are my shipping options?

We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING. This is standard tracked and sent via Sendle or Australia Post. You can upgrade to Express for $10 and this option is sent via Australia Post.

Can I collect?

If you are local to Perth you are welcome to collect from Baldivis.

Can I track my order once dispatched for delivery?

You certainly can. Once your order has been fulfilled we will send an email with tracking information. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder incase our email is in there.

Do you make custom orders?

We LOVE creating custom orders. Please contact us at thehappycamelco@gmail.com and we'll take if from there.

How do I clean my doormat?

A good, heavy shake every now and then will keep your doormat in tip top shape.
