If a mistake is made on OUR part, a refund or replacement will be issued.

When ordering a custom mat - please be EXTRA careful in regard to spelling and grammar as we are unable to offer a replacement/refund should a mistake have been made on YOUR part. Our mats are made EXACTLY as you enter the text at checkout or email.

We do not offer refunds if you change your mind.

Please be assured that all of our door mats are hand-picked and are of extremely high quality. With that being said, coir is a natural product and as such some mats and areas of mats may be lighter or darker than others, and some areas may have thicker or thinner parts of hair - this is completely natural and to be expected with this product.
